[Theme: Delicate] Show Facebook Comments (2 posts)

    Hi, just installed the Facebook Comments on my blog and now i dont know how to change the Comments counter from WP's comments to Facebook's comments on entries title with Delicate theme.

    I have to insert this:
    <fb:comments-count href="<?php echo get_permalink($post->ID); ?>"></fb:comments-count> Comments

    But i dont know where
