[Theme: Customizr] Set border-image for 3 featured links (front page)

I’ve attempted to change the border around the 3 featured pages on the front page and have not been able to do it successfully. I haven’t gotten any closer than with the code bellow. The goal here is to have the 3 featured image borders match with the background image pattern.
