[Theme: Customizr]

I just started going at a new wordpress site, and want to change the style of my Customizr theme. (My website is http://dooblay.com ). So far I have a child theme set up, but the next step I want to do is make a different nav bar.
How would i change it to something more simple, with a hover, like:
