Theme Customization is Blank on local server

    Hey,
    I have been struggling to find out why I am having this issue. I am using Wamp for my local server. I can install wordpress, it displays, I can log into the dashboard. Basically I can do anything except for use the customization on a theme. Ive downloaded a few themes, tried the themes that come with wordpress but none of them allow me to do this. I get the nav, like site title on the left and others but where the fields are it is blank.

    Has anyone ran into this issue before that could help point me in right direction?

    I should mention that it works on the live server.

    I solved this issue by adding define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false ); to bottom of the wp-config file, just above include of wp-settings
