Theme Customization

Hello,

I recently came across the web site goldenpalaceblog.com . I really liked how their WordPress looked like, so I had a designer friend of mine make me a top header logo in the same dimensions as theirs. Now, I got it implemented, but it doesn’t look as good as the goldenpalaceblog one, and on different browsers/screen sizes it looks weird. Could someone please tell me exactly what I need to do, send me an email, or possibly make me a custom theme that looks good. I am willing to pay if necessary. I look forward to hearing from anyone that can help.
