Updated to WP 3.3, now Media Uploader and Custom Login Page No Longer Work (7 posts)

I haven't had an problems with any of my other sites with the newest version of WordPress, so I decided to upgrade the one using the Custom Community theme. Now, the custom login page is back to the default WordPress one, and when I try to upload media I just get the black transparent screen without the drag and drop box. Just the black screen.

Any suggestions? Anyone know of any plugin conflicts?

I've really never had so many problems as I have with this theme. I wonder sometimes if it's worth the time messing with it.

    @ Konrad

Thank you for the reply. I was at the forums and saw it mentioned once that someone else was having the same issue(s).

I love this theme, but at times, it seems that there are possible conflicts and I usually just rebuild the site and start over. I just don't want to do that everytime WordPress makes a big update.

Again, thank you for the reply. I'll try to make a visit to the forums.

I do not have the media upload problem at all.
Ftp into your host and check the chmod on uploads.
also check that you have a blogs folder and check the chmod on it.

@ Full Circle, thank you for your reply.

Everything was working fine until I upgraded to WP 3.3. I tried deactivating all plugins, etc. I can switch to the BB default theme and I can upload images. That's why I'm wondering what changed in WP 3.3 for it to affect this theme.

that is truly strange. what version of the theme are you running?
also check your host, see if they are using cdn versions (cache) of jquery.
