   Hello,

   I recently found a graphist that would design graphics for my WordPress web site, but I would need a developer to implement these graphics into a WordPress theme. I have a few questions on this process... here goes.

   1) Do you have companies or individuals contacts/URL that can developed a theme from supplied graphics? I have only http://w3-markup.com/ as a suggestion.

   2) Once my WordPress theme is created, how can I manage this theme when WordPress platform is upgraded to newer versions? Will I need to seek a theme developer every time WordPress platform is updated? If the answer is yes, what other alternatives do I have?

   2. If the theme designer knows what he/she is doing, then most likely no.
