[Theme: Circle K] Unstyled menu appearing as well as theme menu

Hi y’all! A curious error has been plaguing one of the websites I work on: http://www.micirclek.org. I think everyone can see it, but if not, here is a screencap: http://i.imgur.com/oDvrMK1.png.

I’m not sure what is causing this error. I posted also to StackExchange and they said it could possibly be a server-side issue where the proper stylesheets aren’t being loaded, but I’m not sure how to verify this or fix it. Any pointers in the right direction to solve this problem would be appreciated! Thanks!
