Theme causing JS problems with Event manager

Hi there, ive narrowed down some problems im having with event manager down to JS problems, and these problems go away when i changed my theme to a simple free theme that comes with wordpress.

The problems i have are the add ticket button fails to work properly and the location autofill doesnt work.

So based on that and based on the fact i cant change the theme as its custom made to some degree, can anyone point me in the right direction how to fix what i guess to be a conflict or something on the theme?
