Theme cannot be uploaded

    I just upgraded to the latest WordPress version. But now I am unable to upload a new theme to the server via FTP. Error is “Disk Full”. Please help.

    That doesn’t sound like a WP questions, but a question to your host.

    But this problem only occured after I upgraded WP today.

    Perhaps, but how would you link “Disk Full” to WP?
    Maybe you just added a whole lot of files, but they weren’t overwritten (not likely, but you could check) or the new WP is slightly bigger than the previous version and you’re already on the edge of your serverspace, but in either case, the issue is not related to WP.
    Have a look in your PHPmyAdmin/Control Panel/whatever to see if you indeed use all of your serverspace or have your host have a look at it.
