I'm having a look at some Theme builders which could be useful for brewing up a website quickly for clients with very low budgets, I have come across the following which seem quite good:

    http://crowdfavorite.com/wordpress/carrington-build/
    http://ithemes.com/purchase/builder-theme/

Any thoughts on these or more similar platforms?

Headway seems great. Is the product more focused on users not familiar with code or also for developers. Being a web developer myself, I'd like to know how the use of such products can help me.

It's good for both. If you don't know php or css, you can use the visual editor.

If you are a developer, you've got your own custom.css and custom_functions.php files to work with, plus a bunch of hooks. You can use the visual editor/leaf system to do things like custom loops in a matter of seconds.

Very good, I'm interested in this kind of product as I see it as a solution to satisfy clients who come to me with a very limited budget, I can therefore build up something quickly for them without spending the weeks it usually takes to build up something totally custom from scratch.

I've just been comparing Headway to the other two systems I knew about, and Headway just feels right for my needs, the Headway site looks great too.

BDW is Headway compatible with WPML, would it be easy to integrate?
