[Theme: BizWay] Footer widgets, links, jetpack sharing

I really, really want to like this theme, but…..

The bottom footer areas are not customizable widgets as advertised. There are several forum questions about that and the developer’s first answer is to go to Appearance>Widgets and drag them to the appropriate location. The “widgets” do not appear as choices on the left side. The other presented solution was to download the template from inkway and reinstall. That did not work either.

Also, the theme appears to corrupt Jetpack’s sharing feature. Sharing no longer works on my posts or pages.

Hypertext links are black. How will users know there is a link unless they happen to see the cursor switch to a hand.

I’ve also tried to create an account (twice) to get access to post a forum question. The email (in each case) that was supposed to arrive shortly with a password has never appeared.
