Okay, I've read most of the threads related to my problem and spend a week pulling my hair out....and I cannot find out why my custom header is not showing (adoptionwaitinggame.com). Here is what I did:
Through hosgator cpanel - file manager I went to:
Public HTLM, wp-content, theme, Atahualpa, images, header.
In header, I deleted all the files and then uploaded the custom one, which is awgHeadersales.jpg
In my dashboard, I went to settings-media, and there it shows where to store uploads:
wp-content/themes/atahualpa/images/header
I disabled "Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders".
When I look at my website, the original remains.
Any help is appreciated and will prevent my early baldness.
