   I found the author's website, you must register on the forum for the latest version of Arras Theme

   http://www.arrastheme.com/forums/

   I do not understand why wordpress.org did more in its list of theme.

   I found Arras 1.5 (latest) but it doesn't work with WP 3.2
   I guess untill the update from the creator, it won't show up in WP Database.

   version before 1.5.0.1 was already working with WordPress is version 3.2.1, I use it.

   I'm receiving a Forbidden 403 error for all forum pages. Can you plz upload this theme somewhere else of send me link to "sign up" page of arrastheme.com forum (I can't find that as well) :(

   I got the same 403 Forbidden error even on the register page. Must be something with my ISP.
   The other worked and i have downloaded it.
