Theme and WordPress Functions Not Work

For a few weeks now several of my functions haven’t been working on WordPress. I can’t use the hyperlink link, but have to code all entries manually, and I can’t update the slug from the edit page.

I’ve reinstalled Optimizepress but no joy. And now, after updating to 3.5.1, I can’t get access to all my Optimize Press theme customization options. I thought it may be to do with some of my plugins so have deactivated the ones I thought may be giving me an issue, but still not joy.

I can’t update my site with these options missing. Does anybody have any suggestions?
