Theme and plugins can't access media

    I recently had an unrelated issue with my WP database, and had to move this site to a new installation. Everything appears to be up and running again, but it now seems that 3rd party elements (such as my theme and plugins) are unable to access uploaded media. For example, my theme homepage has a featured posts slider, which pulls images from specified posts. I can see the images on the actual posts, but they’re not showing in the slider (see links). Also, another plugin I have installed for inline viewing of PDFs cannot find documents which are uploaded using WP media upload.
