theme adjustments

I am currently using the “Fanwood” theme, but I need to know how I can do a couple adjustments… My site is servepraylive.com.

1. The tagline under the header needs to read across in one line instead of reading as two lines.

2. The navigation needs to read horizontally in one line, not vertically in several lines.

3. I need to remove the “Browse: Home” text under the header.

4. How do I add forms?
