How do I add a coloured header and a coloured sidebar in the Thematic theme please? I don't want to add a header image, only a coloured background for the header, maybe use a red header with white text. And I would also like to use colour in the sidebar, maybe make the sidebar grey, light blue, light green or beige. How do I do that please? I am using the two-column Thematic theme.

Try editing your theme's stylesheet.
