   Hi,

   Is there a way/filter by which I can replace the title attribute in the link to a post by the excerpt of the post? I have enabled rich excerpts and hence I will need to striptags as well?

   I think it should be fairly simple, but I am not able to put my finger on how to achieve it.

   I guess this is to option available for category lists where in the description of the category can be set as the title attribute of the link to the category.
