   Hi

   I have read many times that it is not a good idea to have the word "wordpress" in the domain name, instead one should use wp for this.

   I wanted to know, has the owners of wordpress trademark ever asked someone to remove this word from their domain?

   It also depends on where the wordpress is
   http://wordpress.example.com is fine but
   wordpress2.com is not.
   http://wordpress.org/about/domains/
