The word 'tweet' appears if i link my website on facebook.

    Just recently the word tweet is the appearing at the begging of any facebook links. ie I write http://www.fabianmoore.com and the it appears with the usual bloc header image and descritpion. the first word is music which is one of my menu headers. Is there any way I can alter the content that appears on that link?
