    more and more people here have the same problem and BackupTechnology is not answering!
    I already posted in this forum, the error is the same with 3 different hosters (both shared and dedicated servers), so it must be something with their online service not working.

    Same thing happened to me on 7 jun and every day thereafter. Trouble is I did not find out until 10 aug! By which time I was requiring a restore as my site had been accidentally deleted by a third party.
    In the event of a failure in backup an automatic email should be sent to notify the user.
    Will BackupTechnology answer this and sort out what the problem is.

    I’ve had the same problem since June on all 3 of our websites. They’re usually good at answering in this forum, so will wait for now…
