Hi! Please help me. I did the site in localhost(wamp) that has listening port to 88, because my port 80 is already in use. After I finished my work in the localhost, I did upload it and also import the database, I did all necessary changes in the wp-config, then suddenly when I checked the site, it goes like this. http://www."mysitetitle".com:88, so the site goes wrong and it cant load the page because of the ":88" at the end. How can I remove the ":88" at the end of the url? Thanks for the help!

First, check these two files for this:

wp-config.php and .htaccess - both will be in root of your WP install. Whether found or not, report back please.

Also, did you use any plugins that could create such rules? A quick test after above would be to temporarily deactivate them all (then activate one by one)

Can you please provide a full site url with this issue. Also note that .htaccess is a hidden file and you will need to use a proper web tool to see it.

Please help me! My site keeps going to http://colordash.color-crazy.com:88/, even though I am writing it as http://colordash.color-crazy.com. I don''t know why, but I have an idea because I created that site in localhost that has port 88. Thanks!

I solved this problem already yesterday, I did upload the files and import the database to the hosting then went to the backend of the wordpress site that I created, and edit the WordPress Address (URL) and the Site Address (URL) to the domain name that I will be using. Thanks!
