The sidebar on my shop page is collapsing into the footer

I have recently been working on a commerce site and have decided to use jigoshop. I am also using the Agilty theme. On the shop page the sidebar collapses and ends up in the footer. I have tried editing the functions.php file as the support forum said and also tried creating a new page.php template for the page but nothing has worked as of yet. I’ve tried using different parents and templates too.

Would really appreciate a solution that works…
