   the plugin stopped working after WordPress 3.5.1 update. I lost all of my form data and it will not allow me to add a new form. I am running Genesis Version: 1.9.1 and the Optimal child theme 1.2.1

   The data will never be lost unless you uninstall the plugin.
   So please contact our support desk for further assistance.
   We may need your admin access to check further.
