   This suddenly pops up:

   The plugin post-plugin-library/post-plugin-library.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

   when I go to 'Manage Plugins'. What does it mean or better, what should I do now?

   You need the Post Plugin Library installed and active before activating the Recent Posts Plugin.
