Here is the message I received upon activation:

The plugin generated 520 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

Do I need to be concerned about anything there?

    Hi Lee,

Thank you for showing interest in our plugin.

The error generated should not be affecting the plugin operations and all should work fine, though I do not know why such error is popping up. At this stage there are 2 options to find what is causing it:

    1. Or wait for the next version of the plugin which is to be released this week or next week and confirm if the issue persists.

    2. Alternatively you can contact us on plugins@wpwhitesecurity.com and we can explain to you how to enable WordPress debug logging and once you reproduce the issue, we will look into the logs maybe we will identify the issue.

    Hope the above helps...

I now suspect there had been something odd happening on my end since a deactivation and reactivation has shown no "characters of unexpected output" message.

    Many thanks!

@leejosepho Thank you for the update.

@t.sjogren - Hi. When possible please open your own ticket. In the meantime we just updated the plugin, so please can you delete the old version and install the latest one we released today?

If you still encounter issues drop us an email on plugins@wpwhitesecurity.com and we will assist you in enabling the debug logging and troubleshoot the issue.

Thank you both for showing interest in our plugin.
