Referring back to that post can you also clarify how you installed the plugin? As mentioned here:

"I have faced the same problem too, The happens because some developers put their plugin code in a sub folder in the main folder. Just unzip the main plugin folder and you will see a sub folder that contains the plugin files. Zip that sub folder again and upload , it will work ."

This isn't a developer issue, it's how the .zip files come off the wp site from the svn repository. Can you tell me if you unzipped the folder and uploaded that or if you uploaded the folder inside of the unzipped folder? That could be the issue.

If you downloaded it through the wp-admin console please let me know so I can try and track that down if that's the case.

I'm sorry for the trouble and thank you for posting this.

I installed it without downloading it. As you said:
"If you downloaded it through the wp-admin console please let me know so I can try and track that down if that's the case."

I can wait to use the plugin until its fixed. XD

This is really odd. If you download the plugin from your admin dashboard and then try to activate it it does give the error as you stated. However, if you then go to the plugins page in the admin panel the plugin will activate just fine. This is also mentioned as a caused in the post that I linked to. So from what I can tell there is nothing wrong with the plugin but WP doesn't like the header format in the file. I will work on a resolution to the issue.

In the meantime, you can activate it without worry by going to the plugins page in your dashboard to activate the plugin. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

No problem mate. The plugin works fine through the way you instructed me to install it.

    Oh an other bug.

In the tab of JavaScript the rows show up twice for Files To Combine and WordPress core files.

    Same applies with css tab.
