   I've installed TWO buddypress themes, to find they both don't work for the same reason, i've looked for help but i can't find any! The problem i get is:

   Name Description
   Avenue K9 (BuddyPress BuddyPack) The parent theme is missing. Please install the "bp-default" parent theme.
   BP Columns The parent theme is missing. Please install the "bp-default" parent theme.

   I really don't know what the problem is! Please help,

   You have to install and activate BuddyPress plugin first http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/buddypress/ In other words, those two themes won't work without BuddyPress.

   I've already got buddypress installed. Ive used it before on another site, just this time it wont work :S please help

   Re-upload the BuddyPress files manually from your computer to server via FTP/cpanel/etc. WP/BP versions?
