Hey Andy,
Could you provide a link to the page that is redirecting and what options you have enabled?
Thanks,
Mike
Hey Mvied,
Thanks for replying. The site is:
http://www.littlegreenjungle.com
The settings are as follows:
Internal HTTPS Elements - OFF
External HTTPS Elements - ON
Bypass External Check - OFF
Disable Automatic HTTPS - ON
Force SSL Exclusively - ON
Shared SSL - OFF
Force Shared SSL Admin - OFF
I'm running:
WP 3.2.1
WordPress HTTPS 1.9
Let me know if there's anything else you need.
Thanks,
Andy
I apologize. I had to get the site up so I went back to 1.85 and it's working temporarily. Maybe you can help me troubleshoot this issue at a later time?
Thanks for the great work.
Andy
Hi Andy,
That's understandable. Is there any chance you could set up a copy of the site in a sub-folder so that I could see the issue? If you can, make sure you copy the database as well. Don't point it to the same database as your live site. After that, I would need an admin account on the site so that I can edit the plugin to try some fixes.
Thanks,
Mike
Hey Mike,
I finally had a chance to make a duplicate site and I installed the latest version of your plugin. Looks like everything's working well with 1.9.2. Did you make some changes that you think would have fixed this? Let me know if you would still like to access my site to test. Thanks again for the great plugin.
Regards,
Andy
Hey Andy,
I sure did. I had other users with the problem that allowed me to test a bug fix on their server. It seems to have fixed the issue for quite a few people. Access to your server shouldn't be necessary. Let me know if you run into anymore issues.
Thanks,
Mike
