   Hi guys! My problem: When I add a post to the blog which is long enough to have to scroll down (i.e. the scroll bar appears), the whole page seems to shift to the left by 5 or so pixels. I'm going absoultely insane with this!

   PLEASE HELP ME!

   What browser is this in?
   Is this happening in the front-end or the back-end?
   And if in the front-end what theme are you using?

   check the right (vertical) scrollbar;

   you could try and add overflow-y:scroll; to the body style in style.css of your theme.
