   I think I may have found a bug...

   I've modified the "contributor" role to allow "upload files" using one of the popular capability managers...

   So now, when a contributor makes a new post, he'll have the four icons just above the edit box that allows the user to upload media... The box works fine when the contributor creates a brand new post...

   But when the contributor saves a draft, then returns to it later, those upload buttons are no longer there. They are gone!

   Is this a bug with WordPress, or a bug with the "Capability Manager" plugin?
