    Michael,
I can describe Kubrick in two words:
    Wow!
    Wow!
Your contribution to WP is most appreciated. There is lots to be learned by dissecting what you have done.
    Wow!
Okay, that's three, but it's worth it! :)

I think I found the problem - I changed a few paths recently so it isn't finding the stylesheet :-) Anyone know where you change bloginfo('url') ??? ;-)

How does it fair with 1.3 alpha-2? (I'm not sure what differences there are in e.g. index.php.)

For some reason the right colum is at the bottom of the page for my IE dependent friends? I have looked and cann not seem to figure out why that is under IE. But looks fine in Firefox etc. . .

divrom: I haven't tested with 1.3 at all, so it's on your own risk.
anonymous: Mail me and we'll figure it out.

    Hey guys.
Michael, yes. The problem was apache, so no worries! These comments are turning out to be an excellent resource, by the way
Ok on to my latest issue: Logging in to make posts.
Have the oddest of problems. My blog is fully functional, except for one important element: The login Page.
I've been researching the problem a lot since, but to no avail.
I've done everything on this FAQ page that Podz has created for people having trouble logging in. http://faq.wordpress.net/view.php?p=68
BUT, nothing worked. When I used Sunshine's fix (way at the bottom, follow the link to the support forum) did I see a glimpse of the login page, but then after that, nada. Even then, when I entered my username/pass, it just stayed on the login page. Presently, I cannot access the login page.
    I've tried multiple ways:
    1) clicking on 'editors' on main page.
    2. Http://lame.phatchicks.com/wp-login.php
    3. Http://lame.phatchicks.com/wp-admin/post.php
    no luck on all counts.
If anyone is experiencing a similar problem, please post any information that you've found! It will be much-much appreciated.

Randall, I know you didn't ask, but curiosity got the better of me. Congratulations. You did a nice job. Looks good on the latest versions of the Gecko browsers, and Opera at 800 and 1024. Some problems in IE5.0 and 5.5, but I wouldn't be particularly concerned unless there are members of your family that use either of those browsers.
You might ask someone with a Mac to check it out for you...

The icing on the cake would be to get it to validate when you update. Couple of easy error/warnings to be resoved...

Yeah... I'll work on getting it to validate next weekend ;) Wildthing, thanks for the note about IE 5.x browser; my sister is complaining that the first letter of all content in the right menu is missing... 'eather' instead of 'Weather' etc. Sigh.

Anon: I _think_ it's because you have a large picture on your "La Rumeur …" entry. Try removing the picture and see if that works. If not, then you'll have to resize it, or at least slap style="width: 450px" on it.
This is only a problem in Internet Explorer by the way, I was confused at first when I open in Firefox, but thanks to the max-width CSS property, Firefox can handle those images...
    Hope that helps?
Randall: Hmm that's odd... If you figure out why, let me know.

Yes it's that Michael, thank you for your help !
I have another problem ... LOL
Now, I can't see comments ... For example, I have a post, it's writted " 3 comments" , I click on it, it opens a new page, the page of comments, with the post, but without comments ... I don't understand ...
    Thank you Michael

    Hi all,
first of all, congratulations Michael for your excellent work. I am a newby. I have installed wordpress and kubrick without problem. Nevertheless .htaccess file is crashing the weblog. I guess this is similar to gravity's problem. I have followed your instructions and updated the permalinks but when I upload the .htaccess to the folder where the wordpress is I get an error message:

    Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webadmin-es@lycos-europe.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Now I have erase .htaccess but of course the comments are not working. What am I doing wrong? Is it a problem of the server?
    my weblog usuarios.lycos.es/xquare
Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hello ,
I am using Kubrick on my site hornbag.net and I have noticed a blog http://adampoulemanos.com/ and I want to be able to have the menu under the header image also.
How do I do this? What is involved?
    Many Thanks.
