• Hello everyone,

I am a new user of WordPress and approximately one month ago I have started a website which is based on version 3.1.3 of WordPress. I have installed only two extension. All in One SEO Pack and Custom Permalinks.

My website consists of 11 pages of unique content. I have started to build backlinks to the inner pages gradually and from high PR places. Unfortunately not even one imper page is indexed right now. One of them, I have even linked it from the homepage of a PR 6 website but isn’t indexed. I have stayed away from low quality and spammy backlinks and all the backlinks are build very slow.

Is it possible to check my website and see if the configuration allows the pages to be indexed? My website is http://www.almarion.com.

    Thanks in advance

  • Have you set up Google Webmaster Tools and gone through the verification process for the site? It will tell you how often it’s coming to spider the site and whether there are any issues. I don’t see any obvious issues, myself.

Google can take many months to fully spider a new site, so I would just be patient and continue doing what you’re doing, but very slowly. As you seem to be aware, Google can see tons of backlinks in a short span of time (your domain has only been registered for a month!) as a sign of a suspect site. Give some Google time to determine that your site is of high quality and offering unique content.

BTW you might as well create some good meta descriptions if you’re using the All in One SEO pack. It’s certainly not a ranking factor but there is no harm in adding them and you’ll be ready to provide Google with a nice blurb to show up in the SERPs whenever they do get around to indexing the site.
