My complication is that I recently imported all of my content from a wordpres.com site. Everything was working fine though. All of the images were there - not in my media library, but still showing up in the posts somehow.
But after I activated W3TC, all of those images disappeared. Would one of the caching options cause this perhaps?
Any thoughts on how I could change my settings to bring them back? And, yes, I've flushed the cache several times...
