I have designed this site: http://supermomdecoded.com/ and have set up this widget and under the Google/Feedburner ID: I have put supermomdecoded (link to her feeds: http://feeds.feedburner.com/supermomdecoded) and I am still getting the error that the feed does not have the subscriptions by email enabled which is.

Looks like you have "supermom decoded" instead of "supermomdecoded".
Can you try that in the widget settings?

Checking out http://feeds.feedburner.com/supermomdecoded , looks like the problem is on Feedburner's end (returning that the feed isn't found).
My apologies for not catching that before--I was on mobile and didn't click through that link.
