The Events Calendar missing image files

    The Event Calendar’s events.css includes definitions for tec-event-title and tec-calendar th that make reference to tooltip-title.png and grid-th-bg.png, respectively. But these images seem to be missing from the plugin’s installation package.

    Do these images need to be added to the resources/images folder, or should their references in the CSS file be removed?
