• I am attempting to install the WordPress Buzzfeed plugin for my blog (http://www.buzzfeed.com/network/plugin), but after I upload it and go to the plugin options menu I get this message:

Your system temp directory is not writeable, therefore caching will not work.

    Steps required to fix caching:

    1. Use your ftp client and connect to your webpage
    2. Change directory to wordpress/wp-content/plugins/buzzfeed
    3. Change the permission of cache.php to 777
    4. Reload the page

This seems to suggest that I would need to create a wordpress folder to put all my wp-content in. I don’t have or want such a folder. I don’t want my URL to have wordpress in it, and isn’t what this means?

Can anyone help me figure out the best way to install this plugin? I’m not too good with this stuff, in general. But I try.
