I recently set up a new wordpress (bolt-on blog) for a local business that is using a CMS system on the static site. The blog installed alright, but when I went to customize everything it broke and shopped showing the public side.

The control panel seems to be working alright. And I can view a public page when I add index.php to the end of the normal URL.

I went back and removed the 4 plugins, changed the PLR template, tried to upload a new template from the back-end, etc.

I've exhausted my realm of editing capabilities

    Help

Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting. If this works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.
