   Hi,
   i want to make a web hosting review site with wordpress.

   but its not free.
   i want to find the best free way to make a web hosting review site.
   plz tell me the best way?
   another question:
   -is wordpress a good suggestion for making a web hosting review site? or there is another cms or script better than wordpress?

   WordPress should work for you.

   Best bet is to find a theme and then start writing good reviews.

   It doesn't seem that a plugin would be necessary.
