   No issues - as usual I don't trust so much "automatic upgrade", but carefully check that everything is realy uploaded. 26 plugins re-activated and I was done.

   I'll second that. I've now updated 4 sites without a problem (except for a few issues with older plugins). My clients are blogging away and I haven't heard a discouraging word.

   lucky you guys. The upgrade basically disabled my theme css for some unknown reason.

   You theme sounds like it may be non-standard and therefore incompatible with WP 3.0
