Hello all,
I've been trying to create a widget based off the standard Text Widget to have one can will display only an image along with the post title, no widget title. Unfortunately, I haven't managed and I'm hoping someone here can help.
What I want is simply to feature images in the sidebar which span the width of an entire widget (300px) and have post titles with a link in them show up underneath or partly over the images. I should be able to take care of the CSS but I'm not much good at coding the necessary PHP for such a widget.
Note that I want to continue using the regular Text Widget so I can't tweak that one.
