Textarea character limit

I have a site that I built which includes the use of WP Shopping and I had to insert a “Special Instruction” field where customers would make specific remarks about their orders.

These instructions can often be long but when i look at the order/ Sales it only shows the first 70 characters of text, so i am left not knowing all the “special instructions”

The customer can enter as much text as they want but I dont see it all.

Can anyone assist me in how to expand this?
