Text Widget adding p tags and br tags with option disabled.

    When I add my Contact Form 7 form into a text widget it adds in paragraph tags etc however I have the check box unchecked. Anyone know how to fix this? Its a fresh install of WordPress 3.9 and Contact Form 7 on my localhost.
