Text when my post is shared on facebook does not include anything I have written

    Why when sharing a post on facebook does it come up with this text instead of anything I have written in my post?

    This is obviously from my share and related links plugins but it skips the entire text. This is really annoying especially as I am always asking people to share my posts.

    Any help would be greatly sppreciated
