David BorrinkI want to use Text Widgets to create a set of mouseover blocks in the sidebar. I want to provide my client with the ability to create and change (with a title and very brief description) feature blocks in the sidebar.
These blocks would have links so that by clicking anywhere on the widget, one goes to the page described in the widget.
My guess is that I need to write a function to do this, and not just change the CSS only. Am I right?
