Text on top of image is now below

When I installed the Dinky theme yesterday the text was on top of the image. I love the look! A couple hours later it was below the picture. I want it back on top. I have worked on this for 24 hours now to no avail. I have tried adding a child theme as per wordpress.org’s instructions. I didn’t see any change.

I uninstalled and deleted the theme and installed a different one. I tried reinstalling the Dinky theme and the text is still below the picture.

Can you help me get it back to the way the preview shows?

Did you modify the header.php file? You have some MAJOR errors in that file:

To be completely honest, I have no idea. I am brand new at this and I am sure I screwed up somewhere along the way. How do I fix all the errors?

I checked your site and I did not see any problem! Did you solve it?
If still you have problem tell me details.

For validator errors: It’s made by WordPress that adding missed code to theme. I am trying to less them 🙂

No, it is not solved. The text is still below the image and it is supposed to be layered on top of the image. That was the way it was previewed and the way it worked for a while on my page. Is there any way to get a copy of the original header code so I can replace the code with the errors with the correct version? I really liked the way it looked with the texted layered on top of the image, but I can’t figure out how to get it back that way…

Yes, the header image. Today the text has moved up a bit and is halfway on the image and halfway off… and overlapping the text box below. I tried copying and pasting the code you sent, but it doesn’t seem to have changed anything. Why would the text move after a few days? How do I fix it? It looks awful right now…
