Text Lightbox from Text Link

I have found a ton of lightboxes that do everything but what I need. I have several words in a paragraph that I need to link to open a small lightbox that has additional text in it. Basically it is legal jargon and if someone does not understand a term they can click on it and see a definition in a small lightbox. Thanks for any help you can offer.
