I updated a client site a few days ago and she has just tried to write a blog post, but the wordpress editor has disappeared from the post page. Furthermore I cannot select the "Text" version of the post or any page.

The content of previous posts are sill present on the front page but the default text colour appears to be white and the editor functions are just gone.

I have re-installed v3.5.1 and changed the active theme, disabled all the plugins, nothing works!!

    any help would be appreciated.

further to the above, the default text colour is only in the editor mode not on the live site.

    Hi K,

I discovered in my troubleshooting that a particular aspect of a multifunction plugin was affecting the editor. turning that off fixed the problem, even though the plugin when disabled did not fix the problem. Odd i know but the developer of the particular plugin is looking into the issue.

    I certainly appreciate the response.

    Kevin
