Text editor, hyperlink & images not working

After updating to 3.9.1, the ‘add media’ button, as well as the ‘add hyperlink’ button didn’t work. That was an inconvenience, but we were able to go in and edit in text editor by adding HTML code. However, a few days ago, the text editor stopped working as well. I have no ability in visual editor or text editor to add a hyperlink or an image – two crucial issues for a website 🙂 Has anyone else experienced this, and does anyone have any troubleshooting ideas? It isn’t surrounding plugins – they are all deactivated at this time, and I’ve tried on multiple browsers and computers, so that’s not the issue either. Thank you for your assistance!
